- Must high experience in a high volume restaurant
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Follow basic recipes and detailed instructions
- Be able to communicate clearly with other staff
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Ability to work all stations on hot and cold lines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Clean, sanitize, maintain, organize, self-motivated
- Ability to work both A.M. and P.M. shifts.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

- Lift items up to 30lbs
